Compactor-crusher for dry grains

The dry grains obtained by compacting and subsequent crushing of standard atomized powders are an important component of the mixtures used to obtain special color effects.

Flaker manufactured by CMF Technology is a continuous-operation system developed for feeding one or more presses directly. The rated output is 2000 kg/h of dry grains produced by means of a continuous process, with a maximum of four pre-selected colors (in the standard version).

The compactor control system makes it possible to change the colors, the color combinations and the size of the dry grains. The rted power is 4 kW including the relevant batching unit belts.
